Innova Protect+ Subscription
Terms & Conditions
12-Month Contract:
The Innova Protect+ subscription is a 12-month contractual agreement. Subscribers are committed to the full term, with early termination subject to penalty unless otherwise specified.
Subscription Fees:
Monthly: £30 + VAT per month.
All fees are non-refundable and subject to VAT. Interest-free credit is available.
Services Included:
Your subscription includes the following services annually:
EICR & PAT Testing (up to 20 items)
RCD Test (twice per year)
Emergency Call-Out Voucher (valid for 12 months, during business hours only: 8am - 6pm)
Energy Performance Documentation
Safety Check: Smoke detectors, fire alarms, intruder systems, and loose cables
Internet security check & recommendations
Extractor fan air flow test
Any additional services outside the subscription are billed separately.
EICR Pass or Fail:
If your property fails the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), we will provide a detailed quote for the necessary repairs to bring it to compliance. If the EICR passes, you will receive recommendations for any upgrades or improvements.
During our first visit, testing will be conducted until any reason for failure is discovered. We will use results from previous years when applicable.
Renewal & Cancellation:
Subscriptions automatically renew after the initial 12-month period unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
After the initial term, you may cancel without penalty.
Discounts & Testimonials:
Discounts are available for referrals and testimonials. Providing a video testimonial guarantees the £30/month rate for life.
If testimonial or referral conditions are not met, standard rates apply after the introductory period.
Scheduling of Services:
Innova will contact you to arrange inspections and service appointments. It is your responsibility to ensure property access for scheduled visits.
Emergency Call-Out:
The free emergency call-out voucher covers one emergency incident per 12-month subscription period during business hours. Additional emergency call-outs will be charged.
Payment Terms:
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule (monthly). Late payments may result in service suspension and incur extra charges.
Liability:
Innova Electrical is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the services included in the subscription.
Termination for Breach:
Innova reserves the right to terminate your subscription for failure to meet the terms, including non-payment.
Special Conditions:
Subscriptions cover all electrical systems from 230V to 410V AC, including three-phase systems.
Emergency call-out vouchers are valid for business hours only (8am - 6pm).
PAT testing is limited to 20 items under this subscription.
Additional Fine Print:
If the property fails the EICR, a full refund will be provided.
Services commence upon the first visit, which will focus on testing until a failure point is found.
EICR results from the previous year may be used in assessing compliance.
